Shipping costs for orders placed on this site are based on the weight of the total order. An order containing multiple items typically receives a volume-shipping discount and therefore your total shipping and handling cost may be lower than the sum of individual ship charges appearing in your cart. You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during Checkout At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order and the shipping method you select.
Note that changing your shipping speed to a faster method will not change the estimated shipping date, but your estimated delivery date should improve (subject to item availability).
Signature upon delivery may be required for shipments.
Some items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via 2 to 3 Day service. You can expect your order to arrive within 2-3 full business days. Items with fixed shipping are not eligible for express shipping and may need to be shipped separately. If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12.00p.m. (noon)EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day.

If you are sending an order to a military base, follow this format when entering the address information during checkout:
First Name: The title and first name of the recipient
Last Name: The last name of the recipient
Street Address: Enter the unit and/or PO Box number and select the checkbox next to "This address is a PO Box or an APO/FPO."
City: Enter either APO or FP
State/Province: Choose the correct Armed Forces address from the drop down
Zip/Postal Code: The 5 digit zip code
Phone Number: A 10 digit phone number without dashes
Email Address: An email address where information about your order can be sent
Canadian and International orders are shipped via the USPS Media Mail service. You can expect delivery within 6-10 full business days.

On International orders, customs and import duties are applied once the shipment reaches its destination. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and will vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Trib Total Media is not able to influence local delivery practices. The arrival times shown for International shipping indicate the amount of time it will take for your order to reach your recipient's local post office. The time it takes to get your order from the local post office to your recipient's address can vary widely from country to country. Delivery may be delayed by customs/import duties and local postal requirements. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility. You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Trib Total Media, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws. Customs authorities require the value of the gift item to be stated directly on the package

Once your order has arrived (generally 1-2 business days) you will receive a telephone call from your chosen location providing you the hours available for pickup. Please wait for the call before going to pick up your order.
Some magazines are published quarterly. Please allow 12 to 14 weeks for your first issue to arrive by mail.
Weather, natural disasters, and other events beyond our control may affect shipping and delivery times.
If you are shipping to a correctional institution, we urge you to pay careful attention to its regulations and procedures. Facilities differ on the items they permit (Some prisons don't allow delivery of hardcover books), shipping methods that may be used, and how to address a package. Others place a limit on the number of items contained in a package. We're unable to affix any special labels or instructions to the packages and on the outside will indicate only the destination address, our company name, and our return address. We also cannot allow gifts to be sent anonymously to inmates; the sender's billing address will appear on the order invoice.
ShopTribStore.com strives to meet customer demands for prompt service and delivery. To facilitate this goal, we process and ship orders throughout the day. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to cancel or modify an order once it has entered the fulfillment process.
We cannot stop delivery once an order has been processed for shipping. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped. In this case, you may return your order to us within 30 days of the shipment date listed on your packing slip.
The above terms (including, if applicable, terms related to the Import Fee Deposit) also apply to the shipment of any replacement product that might be shipped if there is a problem with the original shipment. If you return a product to us, you will be the exporter from the destination country. Title and risk of loss transfer to us upon receipt at our fulfillment centers.
Incorrect Address. If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to us by the carrier or the unintended recipient. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order.
Carrier Does Not Deliver to the Address. The U.S. Postal Service does not deliver to some addresses. If you (or your office) have put in a request for address forwarding, please note that the U.S. Postal Service only forwards first-class mail and magazines, and does not forward packages.
Address Format. To ensure that such packages delivered please enter the box number as "PO BOX" followed by the number. Also, if you're a private mailbox holder (use a local commercial mail receiving agency), do not use "Box" for your mailbox number, instead use # or PMB. This will ensure that your address is not mistaken to be a P.O. Box, and that orders can ship to you via means other than the U.S. Postal Service.
In rare cases, it is also possible that the address label became illegible during the shipping and handling process, or that the carrier made a mistake and left the package at a different address then what was printed on the label.
Failed Delivery Attempts. U.S. Postal Service make three attempts to deliver a package. If noone is present to accept the delivery after three attempts, the package will be returned to us. Refused by Recipient. If a gift recipient is not expecting a gift, they may refuse the package if they believe it was sent to them in error. If you still want to send these items, you may want to let the recipient know that a surprise is on the way.
